FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q: ARE YOUR FORMS CURRENT?
A: The short answer is yes. Adding detail, the last government bankruptcy form update was on December 1, 2017, and we updated our forms to match those changes..

Q: WHAT IF I BUY YOUR FORMS TODAY, AND THE GOVERNMENT UPDATES WHAT THEY ACCEPT SOON AFTER (LIKE NEXT MONTH), MAKING WHAT I RECENTLY BOUGHT OUTDATED?
A: Be rest assured that we do actually keep track of who buys our software and when. If you are in a situation where the software gets updated shortly after you buy it (making the old version "outdated"), we will proactively send you a new link with the updated version. In addition, if you need us to send you another link for any other reason within a reasonable amount of time (lets say about six months), just email us from an email address that we can verify your purchase with and we can send you a new link.

Q: What format does your software come in?
A: Our software comes in a pdf format, similar to the free forms on the USCourts.gov website. Both LOOK THE SAME, BUT ARE VERY DIFFERENT. Unlike the government forms, EZBankruptcyForms.com's software auto-calculates, auto-populates, cross-references with other forms you will be filing and provides "laymans terms" to the legal questions you will be asked on the forms.

Q: Is the software MAC compatible?
A: Yes, so long as you INSTALL ADOBE READER on your computer. Both PCs and MACs come with their own version of a very basic pdf Reader installed, and you should upgrade to the free version of Adobe Reader to make our program (as well as any other fillable pdf file you will open in your lifetime) work 100% properly. Downloading and installing Adobe Reader free from Adobe.com should take about 15 minutes. If you need help on how to view our file in Adobe Reader, a "Read Me First" tutorial is provided as part of the package you would be purchasing.

Q: How long can I access the software?
A: The software is downloadable to your computer, and, in theory, you will be able to access it forever. With that being said, the forms that the Courts accept have updates once or twice a year, so the version that you purchase today will become outdated in about a year.

Q: Does the software come with the how to steps and walk-throughs?
A: We provide all the "How To File For Bankruptcy Without an Attorney" steps on our website, for free, before your purchase. As far as "How To" navigate the software, yes, that is provided once you purchase.
